Once your campaign is published, you can track candidate progression in real time. This keeps your team informed and eliminates the need to manually message applicants for progress updates.

To check candidate states, click your active campaign in the Published tab and review the progress column:

• Scheduled: The candidate has received their invitation code but has not yet logged in to begin the test.
• In Progress: The candidate is actively answering questions. The dashboard displays a live completion percentage so you can see exactly how far they have progressed.
• Finished: The candidate has completed all assigned test modules. Mimo's system automatically scores their answers, updating their dashboard profiles immediately.
• Canceled: The testing session was aborted, timed out, or locked due to a security violation.

Pro-Tip: Currently, complete diagnostic reports are compiled automatically upon test completion. If your team requires customized PDF summary reports for physical filing or internal meetings, please contact your Account Manager for rapid manual exports.
