Frequently Asked Questions: Template Storage and Sourcing Connections

Can I reuse a single Job Description across multiple active campaigns?

Yes, you can absolutely reuse a single Job Description (JD) across multiple screening sessions. Mimo is built to save you time, meaning once you create and save a JD in your library, it is fully reusable.

When setting up a new screening run in the Resume Screening menu, simply select the existing Job Description from the dropdown menu and pair it with any Candidate Group you have created. This allows you to easily run batch comparisons or evaluate different candidate pools against the exact same hiring standard.

Do external candidate applications automatically sync to other systems?

At this time, Mimo focuses on providing high-accuracy AI screening and ranking. Resumes are processed securely within Mimo's platform, and results do not automatically sync or push to external Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) by default.

To update your external recruitment software, we recommend downloading your ranked candidate tables directly from the Resume Screening dashboard. If your team requires a custom database pipeline to automatically sync your applications, please reach out to our team at hello@mimo.id to discuss enterprise API options.

Is there a way to direct link Jobstreet or Glints applicants directly to Mimo without manual downloads?

Currently, the most reliable method is to batch-download applicant resumes as PDFs from Jobstreet or Glints and upload them directly to your designated Mimo Candidate Group. Mimo supports multi-file uploads, allowing you to drag and drop dozens of candidate resumes simultaneously.

Once uploaded, our AI automatically parses the documents, matches them against your criteria, and handles the ranking for you. We are actively developing direct API integrations with popular Southeast Asian job portals to automate this handoff in future updates.

Can we filter candidates by specific home location radii or specific university requirements in the JD?

Currently, Mimo does not support automatic filtering by a specific geographic radius (such as a 15 km limit) or specific target university requirements directly from your Job Description.

While our semantic AI is highly advanced at understanding candidate backgrounds, we do not yet have automated filters for these exact criteria. For now, we recommend running your screening as usual and manually verifying location and university details on your shortlisted, high-scoring candidates. We are constantly improving our AI models and hope to introduce more precise semantic filtering for these requirements in the future.

Why can't I edit or adjust a JD template once it is actively published?

To ensure fairness and consistency in your screening data, Job Descriptions that are actively connected to a running Resume Screening campaign cannot be edited. Changing the evaluation criteria mid-screening would distort the scoring baseline and result in inaccurate, unreliable candidate matches.

Is there a feature to delete or archive old Job Descriptions to clean up the workspace?

Currently, there is no option to delete or archive old Job Descriptions within the platform. We understand that keeping your workspace clean and organized is very important, and we want to assure you that our team is actively building this feature.

Until the delete and archive options are fully developed and released, we highly recommend using clear, structured naming conventions (e.g., adding "Archived" or "Draft" to the title) to easily organize and identify your active Job Descriptions. We will notify you as soon as this cleanup tool is available!
