Navigating a technical hiccup during an active application can raise immediate questions about your progress, code errors, and help desk availability. Below are answers to the most common questions candidates ask when seeking technical support on Mimo.
If your screen freezes or stops responding during an assessment or interview, simply close the Mimo app completely from your phone's background tasks and reopen it.
Your progress is automatically saved to our cloud servers after each question you submit. Once you relaunch the app, you will be able to resume your test exactly where you left off without losing your work.
Once the recruiter's official deadline passes, the system automatically locks the assessment and submits your finished answers, meaning you cannot resume or retake the test.
Because candidate access is controlled directly by the hiring employer, our support team cannot manually extend your deadline or grant a retake. We highly recommend contacting your recruiter or hiring manager directly to request a deadline extension or a session reset.
If you receive an "Invalid Code" error, first ensure that you have copied the code exactly as written, checking that there are no accidental spaces at the beginning or end of your text.
If the code continues to fail, it typically means the code has expired or was registered to a different email address than the one you used to sign in. Please contact your hiring coordinator to verify your invitation details, or reach out to our help desk at hello@mimo.id for further system checks.
No, Mimo's official support channels are only active during our standard working hours, which run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM WIB (Jakarta Time). Our help desks are closed over the weekend.
If you experience an urgent technical problem over the weekend, please take a clear screenshot of the issue, email hello@mimo.id immediately, and send a brief note to your recruiter. This creates a time-stamped record of your technical difficulty so the hiring team knows you made a sincere attempt to complete the test on time.
