Understanding Candidate Interview Statuses
As candidates interact with their interview invites, Mimo automatically updates their progress badge on your dashboard. These statuses help you immediately see who is ready for review and who might need a gentle reminder.
- Scheduled: The candidate has successfully received their interview invitation. The invitation is active, and the candidate is within the allowed timeframe to begin recording their session.
- On Interview: The candidate is currently active inside Mimo's mobile recording environment. They are reviewing instructions, reading prompt cards, or actively recording their selfie video responses.
- Completed / Finished: The candidate has submitted all of their video responses. Mimo's AI engine is now auto-transcribing the audio, analyzing communication styles, and populating their evaluation scorecard with suitability ratings.

How to Monitor Live Progress
To check the real-time status of any active interview session, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to the Interview menu from the left-hand sidebar of your Mimo recruiter dashboard.
- Select the Interview Session tab to view your active and historical sessions.
- Click on the ongoing campaign card (such as "Digital Designer Batch 1") to open the live tracking list.
- Review the Progress column in the candidate table to see each candidate's live status badge.
- Once a candidate's status changes to Completed, click the eye icon next to their row to immediately listen to their video answers and read the AI evaluation breakdown.

Pro-Tip: Automated Completion Trackers
You do not need to click into individual candidate cards to see how your campaign is progressing. The summary card for each interview session displays a live ratio—such as "Completed: 2 out of 6 candidates"—giving you a high-level snapshot of your response rate directly from the main screen.
