Setting up your job-hunting profile can bring up practical questions about file layouts and editing control. Below are answers to the most common questions candidates ask when managing their resumes in the Mimo application.
Currently, you cannot download your completed Mimo resume directly as a PDF. We understand how useful it is to have a portable version of your CV, and our development team is actively building a direct PDF export tool for a future app update. In the meantime, your completed profile is automatically saved and attached to any active job applications you submit through Mimo.
The AI parser will scan your uploaded resume and attempt to extract your exact dates, roles, and achievements. While the parser is highly accurate, it may occasionally adjust formatting or make minor extraction errors depending on your original resume's layout. Please rest assured that you can easily review and correct every single detail once the parsing process is complete.
If you spot any spelling or formatting mistakes after the AI has finished parsing your CV, you can correct them manually right inside the app. Simply tap the Edit detail button on the specific card or summary screen, make your changes, and save. This ensures you maintain total control over how your qualifications are displayed to recruiters.
Yes, absolutely! You can enrich your profile by adding direct links to your online portfolios, repositories, or professional networks. Simply tap the Add profile section button during your setup and select the portfolio option to securely link your GitHub, Behance, or personal website.
