Getting started is simple. By activating your candidate account and syncing your application email, you will gain access to your personalized portal where you can record interviews, complete assessments, and build a professional resume.
Step-by-Step Account Activation Guide
Follow this simple walkthrough to set up your mobile workspace, secure your profile, and sync your active job applications:
- Open Your Invitation: Locate the interview or assessment invitation email sent by the recruiting team and tap the Open Mimo App button inside.
- Download the Mobile Application: If you do not have the app installed, the link will automatically guide you to the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS) to download the free Mimo app.
- Log In with Google: Once installed, launch the Mimo mobile app on your smartphone and select Sign in with Google on the login screen.
- Sync Your Application Email: If you are a new user, you will be prompted to complete your basic profile. It is incredibly important that you sign in using the exact same email address you used when submitting your job application, as this is how the system automatically syncs your scheduled interviews and assessments.
- Accept Terms and Continue: Read the Mimo Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Check the consent box to confirm your agreement, then tap Continue to enter your active candidate dashboard.
Understanding Your Mobile App Navigation
The moment your account is activated and synced, you will land on the Mimo mobile Homepage. You can easily navigate between our 4 main functional menus using the bar at the bottom of your screen:
- Home: Your central command center. Use this page to check your active interview timelines, browse fresh job opportunities, or access our automated resume-builder tool.
- Interview: Your video preparation hub. This tab lets you join newly scheduled video sessions and keep a secure history of all your completed or submitted interviews.
- Assessment: Your scientific testing lounge. Here, you will find any psychological, cognitive, or role-specific evaluations scheduled for your applications.
- Profile: Your personal portfolio space. Use this menu to update your contact information, add new achievements, edit your skills, and preview your professional Mimo resume.
